Hi-End Sound at a fraction of the cost

Tripath amps, and especially those build with the TK2050 chipset, offer incredible sound quality at a very low price. Clear sound at a black background is how the sound is commonly described. People have compared them to single ended tube amplifiers because of the smooth and warm sound character.

I had been a tube lover for many years when I first heard the TK2050. And I was shocked over how big the change was from my previous amps.

Our amplifiers all use the TK2050 chipset with different output stage chips sta505, sta508, sta510a, sta517b which differ in how high voltage they can be run on and how many W they will output.

They comes assembled just as pictured. It is just to connect power, speakers and input signal and you are ready to play.

We also have a very special DAC, the "Direct out dac", which contrary to common practice does not have any output filter or output buffer. The sound signal goes directly out of the CS4398 DAC chip, through a single Mundorf capacitor and then to your amplifier.
