The LRS series is the new series from Meanwell featuring a smaller more compact size than the previous S350 and NES350. It accepts both 110V and 230V mains voltages (switch on board is set default to 230V). There is a potmeter to adjust the voltage +-10%.
It has a cooling fan that will engage automatically at higher temperatures. The fan will normally not run when powering an audio amplifier in normal usage, but this will depend on the amplifiers output, load and the surrounding temperature.
